Attack speed increased from 15/20/25/30/35% to 30/35/40/45/50%

New Effect KogMaw can now exceed the 2.5 attack speed cap when targeting enemy champions

E: Void Ooze

Slow increased from 20/28/36/44/52% to 45/50/55/60/65%

New Effect Enemies are now grounded while in Void Ooze

A couple things:

One, you're asking for ADC buffs? On these boards!?!? Do you want them to lynch you!?

Two...those seem a bit too strong. Especially early on.

  • Increasing how much his Q grants attack speed would be fine, but doubling the early percentage is too much. Try 8% per rank, starting at 20%, for 20/28/36/44/52%. The effect seems unnecessary, as well. That's something he should have to go into runes for.
  • The grounded and slow% increase are good ideas, but, again, the starting percentage is too high. 20/30/40/50/60% would be far, far better.
