@Riot Shen Buffs?

I would like the start off saying I'm not begging. As a Shen main, the only real buffs I could see him getting soon would be energy cost. I know you get energy back from q's and w but I still think lowing the cost of q and/or w should get lowered by 20-30? I dont expect this to happen, but it would be cool.
