Riot strategy - Triple bracer build with psycho charging

Just played a game with a Kench support, who during a game of 29:11 length, managed to build a fully upgraded gold/warding item, 3 crystalline bracers and an unupgraded boot. This guy's main strategy was the head first charge during laning and after, the execution of which is the following: Step 1: Wait until you get to lane Step 2: At that point if any enemies are there, walk up to them and start fighting. Step 2, note: Ignore all tactical variables such as positioning, FoW, relative champion strength, number of minions, whether the enemy jungler's location is known, etc. Step 3: Get killed. Step 4: Spawn, right click on the lane. Step 5: Repeat from step 1.

Another gem from this master strategist's mind was when I get locked down by the enemy Lux, take some poke then get low but survive with the other side's sufficiently long range pokes on cooldown and the root wearing off. He swallows me, takes me closer to the enemy right in between the turret and the wall where I can't maneuver and spits me out.

All this, according to Riot is just legitimate strategy from a player who definitely isn't trolling in any way shape or form. Doing this at any level of play, on any random team in any situation is A-Okay. Remember, it's not trolling, it's an "alternative strategy".
