Did I get trolled by a Rioter today?

So, there was this game I played, and our Sivir kept starting neutral objectives without the jungler's call, and at the worst time despite the jungler pinging her straight off from Baron, while the entire enemy team was up and in FoW, except their jungler who had about 5 seconds on his timer. The highlights are that and when she went for a dragon while 2 people on the team were down, including the jungler and the enemy team had major priority in mid.

The thing is, at the end of the game lobby sy pointed out that this Sivir's summoner name started with "Riot". Given how the TOU specify that impersonating Riot employees is a big no-no, could it be that I just got trolled by a Rioter? Lol :D
