Meanwhile in the OP department

Does anyone else feel that is a little bit under priced or overwhelmingly strong for the AD champions that play mid lane IE: zed, talon, and yasuo. its 1300g and basically gives them a AND 20 attack damage PLUS a decently strong shield. Its just in my opinion that MOST (80%) of AP champions that play against them cant keep up with that. For example; I played one game (the one that prompted me to post this) as leblanc vs a talon mid lane. I had 1 kill up on him and a slight cs advantage (probably 7 minutes into game) we both backed and he came back with a and I came back with a and I just couldn't keep up in trades with him after that. These are just my thoughts and I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same way?
