Howling Abyss
Now that dominion was taken off could it be possible to add howling abyss blind pick as an alternative for a faster more casual gameplay? Or maybe a summoners rift game mode with the dominion bonus for exp gold and mana regen?

Considering neither of those are particularly different from existing gameplay, they seem more suited for temporary Featured Modes than permanent queues. There's also the issue that blind pick HA would be annoyingly stale without the randomness mitigating balance issues.
