Looking for a casual team (silver+)

I would like to make a team or add people who are interested so we can play premades either ranked or teambuilder. I dont wanna use any program like skype teamspeak etc and I don't have specific times that ill be available but lately I'm playing frequently like 2hs almost everyday.

The idea behind this would be to eliminate or reduce the randomness of matchmaking so anyone that is silver+ would be nice to arrange something if you are interested.

I like to play to win but I don't always wanna pick the champs that are sure to do well so I'm not that tryhard.
