@RiotRepertoir a question, if you may. (Taric)

So I recently saw you mention the Taric rework, and you said he would have his heal and armor buffs. I'm not to certain but it seemed like you were hinting that his stun was removed and replaced with something, but let's get past that. I just want to know one- er two things. Will I be able to play Taric top? Can I jungle Taric?
