Nasus is not OP. There's something called harassing him in lane. If you wander around and do nothing or afk farm, then of course he's going to stack hard.

I haven't seen the Nasus cry for quite a long time though.
I wouldn't go as far as to say Blitz is OP, but I would admit his champion design is completely unhealthy in a sense it ruins the enemy laner's blood pressure and raises the chance of a heart attack.
