No. That old ult was Toxic beyond all compare. The new ult is actually fair.

Let's be honest, though; the only good part about her old ultimate was the animation and subsequent feeling of watching it go off.
As for her current ultimate, I'd say the only issue is it being overshadowed by her innate. Her innate is easily the best in the game and making her ult just her innate x4 makes is very bland. I think it's fair to say that if her current innate never existed, her current ultimate would be great.
all non-fiora players prefer the new ultimate tho.
