Can we be able to ping Alistar's Passive stacks?

Title

It would be great to be able to ping how many stacks Alistar's passive has if your ADC is low, but you have 6 stacks and will heal him for 180hp (at level 11, for instance) if just one more minion dies. 180hp could allow him to stay in lane as opposed to backing at a bad time.

Also, I love to ping things.
