I'm honestly surprised that Nocturne is NOT in the roster for the Bloodmoon event's game mode. He's a demonic entity made manifest, a physical Freddy Krueger, NIGHTMARE INCARNATE! This makes zero sense as to why he's not on the roster after reading the information of the new game mode for the event.
