So was the thing that was broken with your shop that it was giving away better deals than it should? cuz now thats it's back its seems they got crappier.

If you had deals in your old shop that you want, submit a support ticket and Riot will still honor them (they have a record of the sales that people previously got)
My shop was 100% shit before and now I got 4 skins I wanted so im glad they re did it
