Same i just got to lvl 19 and did not get a capsule. Also a few games show 0 xp gained. I was not late to game or afk. Wtf is going on?

Just leveled up, 36, no capsule, nothing whatsoever. Thought we were supposed to get one every level? New season has more bugs than mordekaiser i swear to god.

ya and i keep trying to submit a ticket for it but it keeps telling me to log in when im already logged in and then it logs me out.

Riot apparently doesn't want to admit to their fuck up cause this particular fuck up is the whole damn basis of their new BE accumulation system. You get your BE on levelling up rather than per game even though the vast majority of the playerbase thinks that's a stupid idea. So when they force it on level up in the face of massive objection, the fact that you don't get shit on level up is a giant ass mistake they don't show any intention of owning up to.

where is my level 43 champ capsule, my friends recieve there but im sitting here wondering if im going to get my lv 44 capsule. update: i got my level 44 capsule but still no level 43 capsule so now im confused.
