What if we all could make money playing League of Legends !?!

Hello! I just wanted to share an idea I had today while I was bored at work. What if there was a mode of the game where u could bet real money every game. For exaple the game finds you an opponent at a similar skill level, you view a his statistics and you decide if you want to play against him. Once you both agree to play against each other you can bet a given amount of money, for exaple 1,2,5,10,100 euro. You both agree on the bet of 5 euro and then you are in champion select. You can ban 3 champions and choose 3 champions. After you have chosen, the game randomly picks one of your selcted champions and one of your enemie's. Then the game starts and whoever wins takes the money and say Riot takes 20% of the winner's prize for themselves. What do you think guys that would be fun, huh? (Sorry if my english is bad!)

A few quit thoughts on the topic...

A lot of the player base is under aged. There is no way of controlling who has access.
There are other games and ways to lose money if your interest is gambling.
League of Legends is just a fun game. It's not a casino.

If I remember correctly any form of gambling (even IP) is frowned upon by our chinese overlords, also gambling real money would shift the focus of this game on its head, and not necessarily in a good way, I really doubt it'd ever happen.

It sounds fun, but too many people would get mad. Take the usual shit from ranked losses, and then add in real money... The rage/toxicity would be immense. "fucking feeder mid lane fuck you stop dying i bet money you asshole" or my favorite "well now that im losing money its your fault im toxic"

Would never work. Simply because online gambling is illegal in many places. Even where it is legal, there would be the problem of underage gambling. This is taken extremely seriously.

All other issues aside, the game is not designed or balanced for 1v1.
