It simple, Buff his range on his Q and W, that is all I ask. The current 
right now suck, he can't poke against any burst range mage champs( 
) because all of his kit is too short, all he can do is dodge it or take the damage. You can buff his range like 200 to 300 more. Ty and that all.
Yeah buff a 52.5% winrate champ. Also if you lose lane to ahri or syndra as talon then you need to improve.
Talon is fine. I'd say all he really needs is a fix to his e, which is buggy as hell. Talon doesn't need buffs. His kit is already easy to use. (You can do more damage with 2 skills than some characters with 3). His challenge comes from extending your lead to other lanes in order to close the game while making sure your opponent can't take advantage of opportunities that arise from your ceaseless roam. If Zed is the micro-assassin that focuses on completely dominating his lane, Talon is the macro-assassin that distributes his lead as much as he can to others.
