Do single target DOTs count as DOTs when proccing items/masteries?
Would fid's w trigger the bonus damage on monsters and minions mastery?

Fiddlesticks' W is not a DoT.
My guess is "no". For example, neither Muramana nor Furor Boots work on DoTs and both read that they proc on "single target ability or basic attack".
I don't own any champs with single target DoTs and none are free now, so i can't test.
