Do single target DOTs count as DOTs when proccing items/masteries?
Would fid's w trigger the bonus damage on monsters and minions mastery?

LegendaryLemur1 votesMy guess is "no". For example, neither Muramana nor Furor Boots work on DoTs and both read that they proc on "single target ability or basic attack".
I don't own any champs with single target DoTs and none are free now, so i can't test.
