Mastery not registering

I was playing Shaco and ran AP masteries and the crit one, but in game, I had 0 AP and no dps buff when I crit, and lolnexus also said I had nothing on. I later checked that the page was active and wasn't empty. This seems like a really stupid bug for preseason 5...but is anyone else getting this?
