AFK forgiveness & Queue Dodging option

So league has been out for the better part of four seasons now. Why hasn't any afk forgiveness been implemented for ranked or no LP loss? If you can detect how long they've been away for, then shouldn't some kind of option be available. I'm tired of these random AFK players and I get punished for it by losing LP or the sour taste in my mouth.

Dodge queue option: It may not be as simple to implement as say ARAM rerolls, but a queue dodge mechanic along the same lines. You play a few games and it saves up till you get one. It would certainly help.

This game can slowly makes you toxic.

There is no wxcuse for being AFK!!! Not even hardware. If you go afk you are a spoiled kid that doesn't respect other people's efferts and wastes their time. Get your ban and go back to playing console games. Online games are not for you.

Wait, do you mean forgiveness if you go afk or if someone else on your team goes afk?

And a queue dodge mechanic like that would be nice. I'll take having to go through the whole process of champ select in draft mode over having to spend an entire game with people trolling any day. It'd just be nice to be able to do it without having to wait 5 minutes. (Also, I RARELY dodge games. Only if someone does something really troll in champ select, or if a friend of mine just got online and he's begging me to dodge so he can play with me.)
