[GAMEPLAY] PF-Ezreal Sounds Not Working Properly

Since the sound update, I've been noticing that everytime I level up PFE abilities(especially in aram) I usually don't hear Pearl's voice over to let me know that I've learned the move. I never had the problem before the sound update. Also would it be possible to maybe add additional voice overs when I max out others moves or when at max level? Thanks Riot!
