Have you ever done anything toxic?

Toxic behavior is something that exist in nearly every if not every multiplayer game. Next to champion balance, toxicity is one of the main things that are widely spoken about.
Toxic behavior is mostly described as ruining the gameplay of others through excessive flaming, harassment, and trolling, but a little banter isnt all bad as long as it isn't overboard.
Like the title says, are you guilty of doing anything toxic? Do you commit toxic behavior often or not at all?
