I really want to know who can beat illonia because it seems like she can 1v1 any top lane champ and 1v2 when jungler comes and ganks. High damage champ with tanky stats. No outplay at all unless she is out of mana.

the idea is that you either pick to fight her or you push to not, you'll find she is actually harmless as long as you avoid her E and kite away from her ulti.
as for people who beat her, fiora comes to mind having the mobility to get in and out baiting the ulti while also being to heal through that damage. but honestly i personally pick nasus and GP ( if we dont need a tank ) she normally will run herself oom trying to shove you out of lane so as long as i can sustain through that i feel like the lane is within my control
You need to do a few things:

treat her E (the soul grabbing thing) as if it’s a blitz crank pull. Literally always have minions between you and her when it’s up

walking in a “J” pattern will dodge tentacle slams (non-ulti)

if she steals your soul and you want to fight, don’t stand in a straight line with you soul- that way a tentacle can’t slam both you and the soul

After level 6, maybe ask NOT to get ganked

if you can’t man-fight her, just wave clear and back away for each wave until laning ends
Quinn. Illaoi is destroyed by excellent positioning during a duel. You simply have to keep in mind to never fight when she’s around tentacles. Not only that, but her tentacles give you free gold when you kill them.
Her E’s kinda tricky, but you actually want to clear any tentacles nearby and then duel her. She wants you to mindlessly charge in without checking your surroundings. She can’t normally trigger the curse without teammates or her tentacles.
Illaoi is so predictable. Her power is getting dived by those that DONT have stuns.
She is SLOW AF in everything (auto attacks, Q, W, E, R)
She cant stand in any rank above silver
Anyone that can dodge really. Most melees lose out on this because when they move in on her it makes it easier to grab with her E. Once she does that you can either run or try to burst her down before she crushes you with her ult.
