That's your fault, not his. Mute the game if you need to or mute the voices. Riot gives you tools. If some guy spamming a taunt made you feed, I'd rethink your play style.

why not just mute the game sounds if its that annoying to you? i do it an just blare music
I play completely without sound and have no problems whatsoever. I can see when they're taunting but without sound it's like they're just doing weird, stuttered, repetitive dance routines. For you thought it sounds like all you need to do is mute 1 player or just champion voices...really not all that difficult.
