matchmaking

im lvl 23 and i was just a in a game and got stomped i was its ok i can learn from this and move on but then i look at the after screen and their team has no one under lvl 30 and 3 of those lvl 30s have over 1500 wins each i was agenst a eve top she just froze the lane and kept killing me when i tryed to farm. and after braged that she got a S plus on her.

all i ask is how is this fair matchmaking i barely have runes and not all the mastieres.
