im lvl 20 agenst lvl 30s

just wondering how is this right im ok agenst lvl 30s its just i dont have full matieres or any runes and when i ask them they say the are ether duoing with a lower lvl friend to help them lvl thats all well in good and the other reason says they are farming boxes and keys. i dont think they should earn any if they are not agenst their own skill lvl.
