the only good item of these on her item 3153 imo and only as the very last

her typical build is item 1419 item 3111 item 3748 item 3742 item 3065 and only then you can consider item 3153

also i believe she has nothing in her kit to kill specifically tanks like % hp damage or something

she can be, normally we call that a "fighter" though

shyv can kill tanks with item 1401 item 3022 item 3748

it really doesn't matter.. I mean there are obvious benefits to doing it MUCH faster of course but the point is that being unkillable is not the job of tanks in the first place and theres not really a rule saying tanky champs cant deal damage
