Naw, I see people starting team fights over them regardless of jungler.
People's favorite is definitely the blue side tri-brush at bot lane. You get this slow build up as the enemy jungler comes down to punish either killing the pink, or killing a ward that the pink sees, then the other jungler comes to counter, then the mids start heading down, and before you know it the top lanes have tp'd down for the party.
You don't get dragon fights. You get dragons after pink ward fights.
Rift Herald on the other hand... 2 people go missing, nobody cares, you hear that weird noise when it dies, and people still don't care.
They can be when we Shaco mains are around.
