why are they a problem? there are so few higher elo players compared to lower elo that plat+ smurfs will hardly impact any low elo ranked games, and if they do its 44% chance to be a free win and 55% to be a free loss. thats not much worse than your normal winrate. in one single game... so probably never, since there is no problem

Probably around the same time noobs will be dealt with. The way I see it is: They're so terrible at lvl 30 that they need to come fight lower levels.

Is there even a rule against owning multiple accounts? If not then people should be aloud to rank up there other accounts if they want to.
