When are smurfs going to be dealt with?

Is there even a rule against owning multiple accounts? If not then people should be aloud to rank up there other accounts if they want to.

there should be rule for this imo.

there are a lot of people who are smurphing, just to crush new players and feel good about themselevs. as you can imagine, this is not a pleasant experience for those newbies. its also usually the type of player who rages at his teammates for misplays, even though they might have 10 games of experience in total.

this alone frightens away a lot of new players. ive seen countless comments about people trying out league because they got talked into it by their friends, just to leave after a couple of games because they get raged at.

not to mention, its skews with the entire ranked and mmr system. there is nothing fair in a bunch of slivers getting smashed by a veteran. nor that he carries them or his friends on a new smurph into positions they dont belong.

making a smurph to duo with someone and carry him to gold for season rewards is just another form of boosting.
