@RIOT Darius change proposition MUST SEE
LIVE DARIUS: The cooldown of Noxian Guillotine will begin the instant Darius first casts the ability, not when the buff expires, and will continue to tick down even as Darius reuses the ability multiple times. Five consecutive executions with maximum delay between casts will remove 100 seconds of downtime from Noxian Guillotine, which leaves only 20 seconds of downtime at rank 1 and no downtime at ranks 2 and 3.
MY PROPOSITION: what if while he can recast it the diminution per second was 2/3/4 sec (40/60/80 sec if reset but no recast)

he could still no use it as soon as he come back to lane (unless he get a penta refresh at lvl 6 somehow)

mid game darius will not be able to take every kill and having his ult always up ( for those saying he get his team starving in gold)

darius would get rewarding for getting the reset without making his lanning phase obnoxious and make him able to have a full reset late game.
