give warwicks ulti a cooldown
so this WW ulted me then i respawned and he killed me again with ult. it was a 24 sec gap between those deaths. like wtf riot he got no cd on his ult increase it its broken too

Warwick's ultimate, infinite duress, has a cooldown of 110/90/70, even with maxed 45% CDR that's nowhere near 24 seconds at level 16.
Educate yourself before making these claims.
