Feels weird.
I don't know if it was like this before, but now you can get 2 seeds spawned at the same time. However they seem to last less. Also, the ultimate no longer spawns plants from seeds, so it's more difficult overall to spawn a plant army.
It's a pretty big nerf as i see it. Is it? If so, was it needed? Has it affected your playstyle with Zyra or is it the same as before?
Since Zyra got her reworked passive she has been able to spawn 2 seeds at once though I believe it's a random occurrence (I could be wrong about that). If she spawns 2 seeds at once they do not have a lower timer than her other passive seeds though naturally they do have a lower timer than her W seeds just like all her other passive seeds. And her ultimate has never ever been able to spawn plants from seeds. Only her Q and E have ever been able to do that.
