Hextech Crafting reroll should be changed and allow for more specific champion/skin selection

What is the point of rerolling 3 skin shards or 3 champion shards and getting something you didn't want in the first place? Can we please actually select which champion/skin we want? You can up the cost of skin/champion shards based on the skin/champion price.

Because its random? Its a gamble hoping you get something you want.

Riot isn't going to just let you choose which skins you want for free. They have even stated themselves that buying the skin you want with rp will still be the most efficient way to get it.
