Remove Bone Plating and Aftershock and replace them with better defensive alternatives

When Runes Reforged came out we had so many options when it came to defense, such as Celestial Body and a flat ~200 HP at level 1 if you went Inspiration + Resolve. Why were these options removed exactly? You also introduced Bone Plating in the mid season which pretty much screws over all champions that rely on short trades in the early game. I don't know about you, but I don't like playing against a or an who has BP and completely wins every trade in lane because of it.
