Ranked//First 3 picks should get the bans.

If we all didn't now all get role of choice (for the most part), I would like the current setup.

Now first 3 picks are counter fodder and last 3 are have the most control AND get their champ of choice.

I don't agree that being first pick is an advantage anymore.
