I just had a Rengar chase me down the entire lane from inhib to river, while I was playing Kayle and using W with 40%CDR on cd for the movespeed. He ulted when he left fountain (he was out of vision range and I had minions on the turret). Very "interactive" hunt Riot. GG
If they tone it down, It'll hit him pretty hard, Besides you were kayle but you didn't use your ult and murder the kitty when you had 40% cdr?
It lasts way too long. He doesnt even have to try to use it tactically, he just uses it whenever and runs at 600ms across the field. Counterplay where?
It lasts a while, but honestly the movespeed doesent come so much from his ult, but his ult compounded with the two items coming from the dagger thingy, giving out of combat move speed. Also, if you are far out and isolated enough for him to chase you from base, you might want to consider some #mapawareness.
