Dual monitor cursor lock

If I tab out during the loading screen (or after) I lose cursor lock on the game for the remainder of the game. I tried F9 and it doesn't fix it. I tried switching to window and back and it doesn't fix it either. It's very inconvenient. Because I'm too stupid to not tab out during loadscreen I can't play the game properly. Pls fix [sg-soraka]
