AP Yasuo

I think it would be cool regardless of rank to have an AP yasuo build become ever so slightly more powerful. Right now, his damage comes from his E (Sweeping Blade) which has a 60% AP ratio alongside his auto attacks which deal more damage as he gets a and a . However, the AP he gets from bulding other AP items to go alongside this AP theme give him trivial amounts of stats. Therefore I propose that we should buff Yasuo's AP scaling. Don't get me wrong though, I do not wish that AP yasuo becomes meta as it keeps it's off-meta Identity. Suggestions for buffs include: 50%-60% AP scaling on his Tornado, 10%-30% more AP Ratios on his E, or giving his Ultimate 50%-80% AP Ratios. Since regular AD Yasuo is already strong, I wanted to make sure that these buffs would not affect AD yasuo nor give him a Hybrid variant.
