[Crash] My game crashed during a team fight

My wifi was acting weird with ping going over 1000 for a good minute. This happened the same for my brother but what didn't happen is that it told me that the game was trying to reconnect. I thought I should've restarted the WiFi so I did. 5 minutes after the WiFi restored, I was still stuck at the "trying to reconnect" screen. I restarted the game and the client but after that it was impossible to open league back up. I would like to know if there is a way to fix it and if you can mby take away my leaver buster. This was in a ranked placement flex queue game.
