The only good AP junglers right now are the ones that build tank (or should be building tank), and rumble, evelynn is the only AP carry jungler that's actually doing fine right now. When are you giving buffs to make up for rylais and blue buff to the ap jungle you dumbstered this preseason?
As well as fix these so maybe AP junglers aren't bullied like they're in highschool?

I understand the difficulty in fixing , and that should be balanced around their primary positions, but whats the excuse for leaving and in the state they're in? Actually link me a red post as to why blue buff's AP was even removed if I missed it.

can be devastating if built tanky AP. Her biggest drawback is her early clear but so is 
is they're late game champions. They're meant to have weak early games and scale harder into the late game. They don't need to get fed to be useful until the nexus explodes, they just need to exist and get a good ultimate or two and win their team the game.
