ALL Healing is reduced by half.
Ziggs is completely gutted in his tower sieging in this mode. Everything else can stay. 2a) There is NO reason that Ziggs should take an inhib + 2 nexus towers in 10 seconds.

With zigg's movement speed and cooldowns I don't think he's able to take an inhib and 2 nexus towers in 10 seconds. Plus minion movement if he needs it.

make the experience gains noticeably lower when you are hugging tower so the winning team isn't the one with passive players who die more but ultimately win because there is always a few of them alive and eventually they ace the other team and destroy all the towers.

Also there should be a tunnel on the side of the map which allows you to go straight from your base to the enemy's inhibitor.
