Banning Chosen Champs

I am really getting sick of idiots banning champs I request and then laughing about it. "Hur hur, it wasn't me." It's obnoxious, and then when I dodge, I'M the one who gets a five minute penalty. Is there any way we can report people purposely doing this sort of toxic stuff? I really don't want to tank my team just to screw over the one guy that purposely screws with me, but the desire to do so is real. Can we at least set it up so we can prefer not to play with that person again?

Just don't use pick intent. Problem solved.

I always pick Bard.

No matter what.

I've had teams literally 5 man pick Bard.

Then someone banned it.

I cri.

First day when the new queue was out a guy banned his own pick intent thinking he was locking in his champion.
