Teemo Bug/Problems

Hey guys,

First time posting on the boards as a new post.

Can someone PLEASE look at the homeguard bug on Teemo? Sometimes he gets homeguard, sometimes not. Been happening for a few patches at least now.

Secondly, the new minion aggro system screws Teemo because of his dot. If I attack once, I'll continually get beat on by minions, whereas my opponent barely gets any minion hits after the trade. It really hurts because he's so squishy. My pokes end up hurting me just as much as the opponent, even if they don't fight back.
