Champions that need reworking

Tarik got his rework and now its time for us, the community, to decide what champions we think need an update the most. (Press link to see my Warwick idea for a kit rework) So, I'd like to know what you think is a champion in desperate need of a rework and why. Please vote in the poll for what you think is a champion that needs a rework and explain why. Personally, I think Warwick needs it most but that is just my opinion. Please try to keep the discussion as mature as possible, and respect that this is all just opinion, and who knows? Maybe if we can make this a top discussion on the boards one of these champions that we mentioned will actually get a rework.
