Whats happening to league lately

Lately so much things has happened in league of legends and the game just feels so crazy and broken right now. First bruisers and tanks are SUPER powerful and they literally deal 50% of your max hp with one spell while being impossible to kill and the most annoying thing is that the most powerful ones are the easiest, some might call them braindead ( ahem ). adcs got kicked out of the game with the new item changes and riot just keeps wanting games to be shorter and shorter which i get why they want it but they are ruining all the late game champions with it, if they want to have quick games they are welcome to rework the twisted treeline map that was supposed to be for shorter games not mess up summoners rift. Not just in game balancing is the thing that worries me but also the way riot has been handling some champions lately. New rework is mostly hated by former aatrox players because it has barely any similarity to the old aatrox, people also dont like what has become and her play style almost completely changed from early game duelist to someone who needs to wait mid and late game to do something. All the champions that are op in pro scene keep getting nerfed while they may be really weak in low elos already and vice versa, I REALLY had it with garens and yis in every game. Please riot can you slow down a bit and try to fix current "Changes" and get back to your old self because im really worried about my favorite game [sg-soraka] . Also another really annoying thing is how you handle your "popular" champions, example: was out of the meta and weak for one patch and IMEDIATELY in next one he gets buffs and he is fixed imediately WHILE some other champions like are out of meta for few years and their changes just keep getting delayed
