What makes a champion have the highest difficulty?

It seems to me, champs with the highest difficulty don't seem that strong, but in reality what they can do is nasty. like Rumble, Nastiest AP ratios ever. you get caught in that ult with Q its gonna hurt. Or like Yasuo. Very strong. But AOE knockups, And and AOE suspension with damage? thats nasty too. so it seems like the most difficult champs can do the most nastiest things with their kit. But to me they don't seem that hard to play.

The difficulty score for champions only really matters for new players. It's basically how easy is it for a newbie to pick up this champion and perform decently for the first few games they play the champion.

It doesn't really mean anything for more experienced players.

Agree. In fact Yasuo has a pretty safe laning phase. They should take into account the safety level of the champ's laning phase to access their difficulty.

Zed/ Yasuo/ Riven, to me, are simple champs to play. It's funny how Olaf's difficulty is so low when it actually takes a lot of skills to play him in lane/jungle.

That difficulty bar is bogus, I say.

Better question, why does morgana have a raiting of 1?
