Remove the in game chat or add a feature to remove it from it

the removing the chat is the way to go to improve the behavior of ppl which constantly flame or blame. in a game in which you most of the time play with total strangers the chat gives all players a gateway to flaming realm as easy as hit enter while you back, respawn, or walks towards some place. i've been playing this thing for many years now and the game is the same the ppl is the same and ppl behavior is the same, ppl dont change, unless the conditions around the change or direct their behavior, banns don't help at all, and more when the thing that got them banned is not even gameplay relevant, so many years of having the chat, and it is as useless as an umbrella in the dessert.

DO YOU WANNA MAKE A CHANGE REMOVE THE CHAT FROM THE GAME. if that's crazy for you riot ppl then PUT A BUTTON THAT DISABLE ALL FORMS OF CHAT IN THE GAME SINCE IT IS NOT AN USEFUL THING IN THE GAME.

99.89999999% of the time the chat i used is to flame, blame or to brag to someone doing badly in the game ( simple human behavior, because anonymity removes politeness that why there are trolls in the internet and not outside of it) so why keep a totally useless tool that only brings the worst of us into the game, deviating our attention from the things we do wrong, because why bother with doing something to improve, when you have this amazing tool which lets you blame someone else for you own mistakes overshadowing them so you can't pay attention to them, this amazing tool called LoL chat.
