Why don't they improve behavior, and why are they unfair? You're not really presenting a case by chat logs alone.

I CANT because the ban bot just shows you your logs not the complet log in which the verbal exchange occurred and reflects all involved people behavior.

i made an other ports for something i would love riot do which is to remove the chat from the game or put a button to remove it all from your game so im people want to use it ok, if not remove it from the game checking the option. 100% success rate guaranteed. otherwise its just a tentation to give back what the "community " gives you. and if you give back you get banned.

YEA! that you said with no proof other that the punished side , i didn't start typing till the enemy lead because of the top blamer was too big and the fed top was winning single handed ( not single handed because you know top feed him so good he got help from our "team mate") and then i didnt type, no until said top started blaming his feeding spree on me the jungler because i never ganked him which was a lie because i ganked him 3 times at that point in the game but since he was so behind the enemy always got away, so he blame blame blame, then i face fact him and i got banned and he didnt, other lanes feed too but they didnt blame any one for their mistakes.

Uh...you are missing the point. Once you get to the point of being banned from the game, it's been decided your behavior is not going to improve in any significant way. You've been show the door by the bartender for getting shit-faced drunk too many times and causing problems for his other customers.

yea and this is a bar or a game, i said remove the alcohol from it ( the chat ) which we don't log in to use, but when losing its there to burn some time and give back to the blamers and blame. remove it and problem solved, you wont have a way to waste time other that to keep playing. and muting every one is too annoying and time consuming plus you cant mute the most important person in the game which must be muted all the games...... YOURSELF

What do you feel you accomplish by flaming? It only makes the game experience worse, reducing your chances to win even more. And seeing other peoples chatting in chat logs is irrelevant, you are responsible for what you type in, not anyone else. If they were acting toxic, you could just mute and report, instead of pointlessly arguing with them.

How do you mean unfair? If you break the rules, you get punished accordingly. The punishment system removes unwanted behavior from games, and judging by your logs, it removed you correctly.

those were the supposedly not up to leagues code of behavior, which got me a 14 day ban just from 2 games of stating the facts, after been flamed first by the feeders who had to blame it to someone instead if their lack of map awareness, warding and wave control. they flame with lies and you answer lies with facts, you are not up to code if you remark the mistakes they made in a not profane way, just facts.

in the end 3= people feed they blame you for not ganking them (since they are so behind there's no way you can help them) they just vote and gg get banned for 14 just by simply voting, not even a real motive to be suspended just people blaming you because they are bad, and since one is not so good, you cant help the ones that cant help themselves, you get blamed, flamed you answer with facks bum get banned, and they keep playing feeding an not listening to anything ppl said to them.

No, nobody else is allowed to either.

However, you don't get to just flame others because you want to. Flaming is not okay, period.

People reporting you doesn't mean anything. If you don't misbehave, you won't get punished even if 9 people report you. Likewise, if you do misbehave, you will be punished even if only one player reports you.

Considering the running commentary on all your teammates' failings you maintained in those logs, I don't think you can really say that the logs are given out of context.

Regardless, what they were saying or doing does not magically exempt you from the rules. Simply put; context doesn't matter. You alone are responsible for your actions, and if you break the rules, you will be punished accordingly.

No, they're not. If you reported them, they'll get their just desserts. Even still, you don't know whether or not they got punished - you only assume that they didn't.

You're horrendously oversimplifying the nature of the IFS, and you're mistaken as to how it works. It does look at what you said and how you said it, and in both cases here in your logs, you broke the rules.

It doesn't matter who all reports you - the IFS only needs one report to trigger a review, and more reports does not increase the likelihood that you get punished.

The review has to find punishable behavior for it to punish, and, as repeated at least twice now, it was found that your behavior in those two matches broke the rules.

This is the main thing I hate when people post these threads. Nobody cares about your reasoing as to why you flamed, if you flame a flamer you still flamed, so naturally, you'll get banned, Riot doesn't care about why you did it, just that you did it. If you kill someone because they stole your girlfriend from you, you'd still be in the wrong and put in prison.

to be fair, most players that you need to tell facts to berate themselves with their play so i can see where the OP is coming from.
