I call it Slowy Zoe. Similar to running Glacial on Ahri, your autos let you set up easy sleeps and will tilt enemies off the planet when they miss CS due to the slow. It covers Zoe's weakness to being ganked since she'll have multiple ways to keep enemies at bay, especially once she completes GLP. Ingenious Hunter + Cosmic Insight lets her spam GLP and Twin Shadows, and Hextech Flash lets her have her W passive up whenever she wants for the free damage.
