How about some new Runes?

I like Runes and how they help players in the play style they chose to use. But is there new runes coming? Maybe replacing some runes that are never used. Maybe some new creative runes. Anything? Runes are the only part of this game i have not seen change at all or at least since I have been playing. Any chance we will see anything new?
