Tower AI problems?

So i am getting really fucking tired of league of legends right now for many reasons. Not only does Riot not seem to care about this game really and continue to nerf characters that shouldnt and allow ones to stay buffed who need to be nerfed (like almost everyone from the fucking mage update.) They dont seem to fix bugs at all. I have been playing a couple games with fizz since i just got him and wanted to try him out and constantly am getting pushed under tower (which is fine) but im getting auto attack like crazy (by ranged even when im right next to the turret) and hit by yasuo' qs when he is under my tower and the tower never ever ever fires at them. Im constantly losing my health under tower because so many ranged characters can seem to hit me 2 or 3 times before the turret finally targets them, which is so stupid. I dont understand why they nerf someone like Zed who is strong because they made the mage update (which brought so many mages up and made some stupid crazy strong like Brand in 1v1s early and then killing the enemy team all on his own later on in the game....ya cause riot sure cares about this game!) yet leave the AI for the turrets so shitty. I mean ive constantly go under tower as annie. I throw up tibbers nuke the hell out of the enemy and leave and all that happens is tibbers dies. That is not okay either! I know this sounds like im just making excuses but im not able to even have fun anymore since im being forced to back all the time which causes the exp difference (not even counting how one kill early on creates basically a 2 level difference) from just minions leaves me no lanning phase and everything else. Is anyone else experiencing problems with the turrets or is it seriously just me? I mean have a hard time believing that I was constantly winning mid getting going like 10/2/2 or 17/3/5 or even some of my games ending at 34/6/15 (those being talon and sol and akali) to not being able to play under tower. it just doesnt sound right to me but i figured i would see if others are having the same problem, because if they are then this is just so pathetic of Riot.
